The Stolen Wages Reparations Scheme is a Government led initiative to provide small payments to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people whose wages and savings were controlled.
We think these small payments are not enough compensation, which is why we – completely independent of the government – are taking action. You can be involved even if you have made an application, or even received a payment, from the Stolen Wages Reparations Scheme. |

As part of the Class Action, we are going to travel to a lot of remote communities so we can get statements from potential claimants, or their next of kin. We would like to know where they worked and when, to build a picture of who can claim and how much they can claim.
